Can I change / cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
At Kuriya Japanese Market, we aim to bring your orders to you as fast as we can. Therefore, we begin the ordering and packing process for orders as soon as we receive it. Unfortunately, this means that changing / cancelling of orders will not be possible once they have been processed.

How do I collect my orders?
To collect your order, please print out your invoice to be presented to our store representatives. -
Can I collect my orders outside the collection time?
We are sorry but we are unable to cater to any collections outside the stated collection time period. Alternatively, you may enjoy free delivery with every $100 purchased within a single order or arrange for your orders to be delivered to you at $13 per delivery. -
How long do I have to collect my orders?
Freshness is quality when it comes to food and we want to ensure that you receive the best quality foods. Therefore, it is recommended that you collect your order on your selected date. This is especially if you have placed orders for fresh foods to be air-flown from Japan. -
Can I change my collection date?
At Kuriya Japanese Market, we try our best to make it as convenient as possible for you to collect your orders. Kindly inform us at least 2 days before your desired collection date so we may make the necessary preparations. However, we are unable to change collection dates for air-flown items as they could already be on the way to Singapore. -
I realized some items are missing / damaged after I have left. What do I do?
We strongly encourage you to inspect your orders upon collection. We regret that we are unable to replace them once we hand over the orders to you.

Why do the products I receive look different from the photo in the website?
Natural variants or different cuts in our seafood and meat may cause the product to look different from their pictures. However, we promise that the item is of the same quality. -
How do you manage your storage and delivery?
Food safety is our top priority at Kuriya Japanese Market. This is why we are steadfast to the exacting standards of HACCP and ISO 22000. All our storage and delivery facilities and practices follow stringent standards to ensure proper food safety, quality and consistency. -
